I recently ran into a MSF coach who said I was riding a machine and aother said that all harleys 02 and before ride like a sewing machine. What do you think?

No I'm riding a sportster. It's a bike that tells you when it's running right and actually riding. Not sitting on a lazy boy or other such stuff that you have to hook up to a computer to check status of engine.

I don't get it...02 and earlier? The rubber mounts came out in 04 anyway.... Plus doesn't a washing machine (according to him 02-up) vibrate more than a sewing machine?
