wow! looks like he went into turn too hard, realized it and let off throttle too fast to catch it, regained traction and BOOYAH!! definately a sick save in the second vid though. from both vids it seems that as soon as he feels loss of traction he imediately lets off the throttle, which is the worst thing to do next to hitting rear brake....

 

I hurt just watching the first vid, and for the second that was just amazing. I think I will keep my day job.

I have a brief vid I've had loaded onto my computer for quite a while of a perfect textbook highside. Came into the corner with too much rear brake, and as soon as he let off of it, regained traction and sent him into the air. I'm not sure how to get that one from the computer to here, though...it doesn't have a link associated with it.

I like watching moto gp. It's a great way to study motorcycle physics in action! I've only been riding a year and a half and I'm too old to start breaking out the knee sliders! Still, it's cool to watch. Besides, with my incredibly short inseam, I'm only limited to the Ninja 250 in the crotch rocket category!
