I can't believe that you actually resorted to physical violence! The driver of the van was probably just a poor, underpriviledged visitor to our great country waiting for legalization amnesty. The driver of the van is the true victim here mister, not you. You are a Neandrethal!

Just kidding, just kidding.

I agree with everyone else that you showed tremendous restraint by not beating this idiot into a slimy, steaming pile of goo. I do not know what I would have done in this situation but I know I would havefelt like doing the same thing that you did.

This is still the United States of America.
It is not yet theUnitedSocialist States of America no matter how badly the Bleeding Heart Liberal Democrats want it to be!

In the United States of America the national language is English -speak English or go back to where ever it was that you camefrom!

I understand that you may have come from a country with a different culture than we have in this country. However, this is the United States of America and we have our own culture and social morays -abide by them or go backto where ever it was thatyou came from!

I sincerely find itdisheartening that our legal and judicial systems would find the driver of the van the victim here and find you at fault for your actions. Sad, very sad! I suppose that I belong to the segment ofsociety that has been labeled as thedisenfranchised.I do not know where we will end up in this country but I sure as hell don't like the direction we are going. With that said, as of right now this is still the greatest country on Earth.
Sorry for the rant.

English should be the national language, but isn't. We don't have one:

Ya know, after reading all the replies, and thinking about it for a while.....maybe I was wrong. I mean heck, we all need to prove to every other person on the planet that.....yes, all bikers are hot headed a-holes with no regard for anything but themselves. Lets all do our part to keep the negative stereo-types about bikers alive! Yea, that's the ticket. And if we leave anyone else alive, then they will see that we have tons of restraint. And they should kiss our butts in appreciation.

LOL. It looks like a bunch of you need anger management and self control lessons. LOL

Or, it's just a bunch of "internet tough guys" trying to fit into those negative stereotypes to feel self-important.[&:]

Either way.........it's kinda funny, and kinda sad.

I've been put down twice by idiot drivers, once at 60MPH and once at about 15MPH. Was I pissed? Hell yea! Did I yell and scream? Hell yea. Did I punch anyone?? Hell no! The cops came and took care of the situation both times, in the correct way.
And I still have 3rd degree burn scars on the back of my leg from the 60MPH dump. That was in 1980.
But self control, and REAL constraint was applied on both situations, and I was never in jeopardy of being arrested.

But I won't reply here anymore. I'll just let you "tough guys" with all the "restraint" have your playground back now.

Long live the stereotypes!!

It got turned around on you because you punched him instead of having the toll attendant call the police on him. If you would have done that the ******* would be the one in trouble.

Sucks ,but that's how it is.
Exactly. If you had just done the "right thing", you would have never gotten in trouble, while the driver most likely would have. A simple 911 phone call would have been the smartest thing to do.
So, by being a person without enough restraint, you ended up the "trouble maker" to the LEO's.

I obviously am not as "pyshcic" as others here on the board, who can state it was intentional from the other driver, without actual knowledge of ALL the facts. But I would assume that the responding LEO's did their best to get ALL the facts in the matter. And you said there were 7 of them? Itsounds like they did their investigation, and they determined that you were the one in the wrong. And, just from getting your side of the story, I'd say you were in the wrong also. That doesn't mean the other driver wasn't in the wrong also. But he must have had a better explanation for his deeds than you did.

He's pushing your bike with his van... wtf???? How is that not assault with a deadly weapon???I think you had every right to regulate on that punk! The VA troopers should have loaded up the whole "gibberish" talking bunch and shipped 'em back to their homeland.

How very "un-American" of you. [sm=boosign.gif]

And, if I were a moderator here, I would not allow such hateful racist comments on the board. You would recieve, at least, a temporary ban from the site. But I am not a moderator. So all I can say is BOO on you.

But,your's wasn't the only reply in this thread that makes me shake my head in dis-belief.

CapnAdventure, I DO NOT give you "props" for restraint, since you had very little. I could certainly understand having anger, and wanting to throttle the guy. But, actually doing it shows very little restraint or self control. Maybe in the future, if a similar situation arises, you will think twice before doing anything.

This is all just my opinion on how a civilized person should respond.
My opinion is that you need to grow some cojones... oops, I mean "kahaones"... Sorry... I DO speak English

Hmmm, just gotta put this question out there to ya.

If you have such big cajones, why did you feel the need to edit out one of your very own quotes? You went to the trouble of quoting my entire post, and then went in and editted out yourown remarks. What's the matter, did something shrivel up on you? Or did the brain finally kick into gear (even though it would only be 1st gear)?

ORIGINAL: HighDesertKid

Dumb fukin *******...
So, big cajones....or small mind???

Why did you need to edit that out? I mean, it IS what you said, right? And surely you mean what you say, right?

And I STILL think you should at least recieve a temporary ban for comments like that. And I am very suprised the mods haven't done so. VERY suprised.[:'(]

Not sure I understand how anyone here can say that maybe the guy doing the bumping didn't mean to - that it was an accident. Once, maybe. Twice? No way. I'm a woman, and a very nonconfrontationalone at that, and I don't think physical violence isnecessarily the best thing to resort to when mad - but in this case, damage or no damage to my bike, I think the cops would have to be tearing me off the guy.
Is it possible I might bump your back tire ever-so-lightly sometime?? (Sorry, I couldn't help myself)

As for getting back on track, I carry a 9mm for a reason. I would have put one in his skull without even blinking an eye. Anyone wanna f*ckin argue with me on that??!? [&:]
