Here's the plan:

1. Beat the crap out of the other driver
2. Take his money
3. Do time in the pokey.

Benefits:

1. Bike gets fixed.
2.Temporarily reduce risk of further damage to bike sinceit will be parked while in the pokey.

Joe one thing from a legal standpoint... you did not get an accident report... in all reality, this accident did not happen... you had everything you needed, description of the vehicle, common knowledge of the whereabouts of the driver, witnessess, and damaged bike... man you should have called the cops and had an accident report filled out... now if you find him it is your word against his... I also would sugest some hydrolic air jacks and cinder blocks... why you may ask... STOCK JEEP WHEELS FETCH ABOUT 1000 on EBAY!!! slide the jacks under, pull the pin, BOOM jeep is up, then block it and drop it... pull off the wheels and YOUR GONE! fair trade if you ask me... man... you can really see the gheto side of chicago coming out in me now... but it works! break em loose when they are on the ground... FAST is your FRIEND!

i can have a 2D arcade style version of that coded in about a week. seriously

You should do that and sell it to pay for repairs.And let us on the forum try it out first.
