There sure are a lot of people causing damage to your bike and getting away without paying a dime. Maybe your pic is up somewhere and it says something like "For a good time, hit Joe. Absolutely FREE!"

Maybe your missing what is going on here... Maybe this is God's way of tell a young guy like you to create the Rocket 88 video game!!! The hero could be chased by cagers and the like, and you could earn point by putting your bike back together.... Each cager you avoid you get money in the bank to buy new parts..... Have you ever thought of engine guards (seriously; less damage when it goes over on it's side)...or bubble wrap?[sm=joke.gif]

IMO, should have filed a police report. Although there was no actual collision, depending on the exact circumstances he could have created and accident by crossing over the yellow line (in which was shown in the diagram). In which case - he would be charged with evading (again, all circumstantial).
BUT - since it was in a P-Lot... good luck getting a cop to take you seriously.
