Great looking ride. Have been torturing myself over bars for the past few months. Need to get a couple of inches more pullback off the stock FXDL bars. Thinking about 6 1/2" risers, but still not too pleased with the bars. If the Bob mini-apes are 10", I think I'm going to go that route.

I like your bike a lot. I love the looks of the rear fender and the gas tank cat.

Yep the Street Bob bars are indeed 10 inches. See here http://www.sideroadcycles.com/Americ...tock_Bars.html

According to that chart itileman the stock 02 FXDL has 9 inches of pullback and the Street Bob bars have 10 inches of pull back.

Maybe it just feels the same as my old 12's............?

They're about the same size...I measured em real quick just holding a tape to em and w/out risers they actually come out to like 11.??? somethinorother.

I like em either way. lol

I had to be pretty creative with that fender setup...but I still did it before the Rocker came out [8D]. See...HD is crampin my style.

And my girlfriend painted the cat with acrylics. I got the idea off a sheet of acid with the Cheshire Cat on it, hahaha!

Lol...this is my only one. I do all my work on my weekends since I work 12 hour shifts. I get 3 days off one week, 4 the next. Any projects have to be completed in that time frame until I get a new car, truck, or another bike.

It's just that......I don't...and I don't care, either.

I just go with the flow and enjoy the freedom. Kinda feels like takin the leashes off.......it's nice.

Do you have any pics of your bike before you got your hands on it. I think it would be interesting to see the transformation.
