Default Progressive Fork Spring Question

OK I know another damn progressive question but i did a search and cant find an answer for my particular question. I have an 04 1200 custom and I have settled on the Progressive 412 11" rear shocks. I am only about 140lbs so Im goin with the standard instead of theheavy duty. The reason Im going lower is because Im only about 5'4" and I cant really get flat footed on my bike. OK here are my questions.
First Im having trouble finding a retailer that sells the shocks for my bike. Eastern performance only sells the 11" in part number 412-4005c, which is for 1979-2003 models. Progressives sight says I need a 412-4062c which is for 2004-up. I cant find an online retailer that Ivesells this part number.
Second Question I think that since im going so low I should change the front spring to a lowering kit as well, but since my bike is already a custom which islower than a normal sportster is this necessary? Also the kit says it can lowereither 1" or 2"if I do need to drop the front also shich height should I go?

The Progressive fork springkit will come with a approx 2" pvc pipe (spacer) which can be trimmed down to adjust pre-load. When you replace the springs, if you put the spacer on top it is pretty easily removed to adjust the length to your needs.

I put the 11" 412s on the OL's '04 1200C. Nothing was done to the front. She's put 20k miles on it with no problems except the lack of lean with the stock jiffy stand. I put a jiffy stand from a Nightster on it a while back and it now has a much better lean when parked. If you go with the Nightster jiffy stand, use all the parts ie. pivot pin, bushings and a new cotter pin. It's an easy swap I did in 5 minutes while she sat on the bike and held it upright.
If you do lower the front, you'll effect cornering clearence more. Be careful on the first couple of rides.

Go to onestopmoto.com... If they don't have them on their website they will get them for you in about ten days... They also have one of the best prices on the net, and great service.. That is where I got my 440's...

SoI shouldn't lower the front when I lower the back? Oh I tried onestopmoto they did have the right ones in stock a little more expensive than easternperformance but its the right parts, but the are out of stock on the front lowering kit. Hmmmm so Id love to get a few more opinions on this front spring kit because from what I read i should change them but I just dont know which height to go with, now you got me second guessing myself.

If you decide you want to lower the front end, all you need to do is loosen up the triple tree pinch bolts and slide the fork tubes up in the triple trees some and retighten the bolts.

What he said.I'd try it without lowering the front first then if it feels ustable drop the front by lowering it in the triple clamps a 1/2" first.
