who out there only has their bike to ride??

thats how ive been for almost two years now bought my bike used in sept 07 with just under 2,000 miles on her and as of right now she just under 12,000

cant get enough of it lol

 

my bike is my only ride

my gfs father has a third car, an infinity G35, which is mine anytime i need it beucase they never use it, but i prefer the bike

That's the same for me.
My 2 sportsters and nothing else.
My wife has a car, not me and don't want one.
Between 12 500 and 16 000 miles per year. (20 000 kms to 26 000 kms)
That's why my 1997 XL has already 115 600 miles (185 000 kms) and my 1998 XL 30 000 miles (48 000 kms)...

 

I live in New England, I wish I was brave enough to have it as my only means of transportation.

Wife has a car.... I only have the bike.

I'll prolly user her car some this summer as she will be off of work... but then only when it rains. When we both have to get back to teaching though, I will need to get wet weather gear.

 

Not my only ride. Here are some pics of one of the last times I drove it, though, March 6. I've probably put about 2,500 miles on the Jeep since my last oil change in July? I'm definitely not riding in the conditions shown!

You guys obviously don't live in New England. We get 8 months of riding weather tops unless of course you don't mind riding in 5 degree weather with 6" of snow on the ground. What really kills us is the sand on the road.

 

Back in the mid 70's when I went to The Ohio State University all I had was my motorcycle to get around. Trust me as you age, you will find a practicle use for a car.
