Got mine mounted over the weekend. I'm very happy with it and for my purposes it's perfect. The quality of the leather and construction is top-notch and definately worth the $200 IMO. Here's a few pics of it mounted...

Damn that is nice as hell looking. Probably the best looking bag I've ever seen on a Sporty and probably any motorcycle. If they made one for the Bob I'd probably get one.

Couple of questions:

- Can it be used with passenger pegs?
- How much trouble to remove and put on?

Thanks

Someone from Licks posted on another forum that it would, with some "finessing" of the bag and/or peg, or getting an extended footpeg mount (does such a thing exist... in black?)

I'll be finding out the real world answer to that question as soon as the one I ordered last week arrives...

Hey, thanks for the compliments PigInaBlanket! I would bet Lick's could sell alot of them to Streetbob guys if they made a similar bag for Dynas. You might give AJ at Lick's a call and see if he has any plans to make one.

Plysat is correct. I don't have passenger pegs but I would image you could get the bag to fit with a little futzing around. The first time you mount the bag you need to remove the seat, sidecover, and loosen the top shock mount. There are three straps that mount the bag to the frame in two places and the swingarm in the third place. It's not a 5 second easy on/off type deal but for me at least, I can't imagine wanting to take it off very often.

Just talked to A.J. at Lick's. He said the bag was designed with solo operation in mind, but that they did mount one on a bike that had the passenger peg bracket in place. "It definitely fits," he said. However, it will probably require extending the passenger peg with an insert of some kind for the passenger to be able to put their feet on the peg without feeling like it's going to bounce off with every bump.

Anybody seen any peg extenders?

the bag looks cool. it would be great if you could fit it with passenger pegs! If some one does it or finds a pic of it that way i would love to see it!!
