Default RE: oil on frame

thanks for the replies. got about 60 more miles and havent noticed the build up again but i can say that all my gaskets look dry as a bone. trailey, even tho it kinda sux, atleast i know i'm not the only one with this. like i said, it really doesnt "bother" me it just puzzles me. I'll just keep on keepin on...sportypig, I will say that i do get the sportster carb farts, everyone has a different opinion on this. my 03 sporty did the same thing and leaked oil from the air cleaner. my 06 doesnt leak from the air cleaner just the frame gonna get a stage 1 soon. a few people said it cut down on the carb pops, we'll see. anyway....hotlap, i appreciate the info and will investigate, I'm thinking it's just blow-by...just haven't seen the vent. thanks again to everyone
