Leaving Helmet curiosity

RE: Leaving Helmet curiosity
Loved your tale Amzie, it really is great when you see something like that.
I've recently had Kuryakyn ISO grips fitted with helmet lock end caps so I can leave the helmet(s) with the bike. Theyre such a pain to carry around for any length of time. However, it would be a bigger pain if they were stolen as they are mandatory everywhere over here.

RE: Leaving Helmet curiosity
If I am out after dark, say at the local strip club, I take it in. If it is daylight and people are around I leave it on the mirror. Sometimes I strap it to the bars to make someone who wants to steal it work a little bit. Never lost one yet.
Don't hang it on the bars upside down by the strap at any bike weeks, it might just well become an trash can for those who walk by.
