Default i think i fluffed up

i think i fluffed up. i bought a khrome werks sissy bar and side brackets well heres where i fluffed up. my bike is an 06 883c well i bought 883xl parts.it looks like my turn signals are not part of the fender strut. so do i just take the signal off and run its bolt though the side bracket and call it a day or do i need to get side brackets for an 883c also will the sissy bar itself fit
if you need pics to see where im talkin about on the turn signal lemme know and i wll post it along with markings indicating where im talkin about

here are the pictures.
there is a big hole on the brackets which i believe is the turn signal hol.
the picture of the nut is what the signal is bolted to through the fender.
my finger is pointing to the spot where i was sayin i dont think my signal is part of the fender strut. i appreciate the replies and help

One hole is for the bolt, the other is for the wire.
