I took the class after 30yrs of no motorcycle and I got a lot out of it. Just show up on time with all the stuff required and do what they say. It is set up so you need no previous experience. No sweat!

Ditto what Stargazer said - "Ride Like a Pro" DVD's from the Motorman....decent training media. You'll have an edge if you watch the beginners video- "learn to ride the easy way".
