I just painted my tins and it took about 50 hours. This includes removal and installation. I took mine down to bare metal, blended tank seam and primed with PPG epoxy primer, high build primer etc..... sand and when you think your done.... sand some more. I wanted the rat bike look so I left it in black epoxy thinned slightly to flow. It looks great. If I had to charge for this it would have been pushing 2k with removal and replacement of tins. The rear fender is very time consuming.
