Default Living with oil leak?

I have a small oil leak coming from the lower rocker cover gasket. About 5 small drops of oil on the garage floor after a ride. Is it ok to delay having the gasket replaced and just deal with the oil leak until I have time to fix it? Will it cause a more serious problem by delaying the fix? (As long as it doesn't get much worse?). Thanks for all the help as always...

I'm not worrying about mine.
My leaks cause discoloration of the fins on the front & a couple of drips on the starter.
From what I can find the leaks are not leading up to anything major, just something to clean.
If you do change your rocker gaskets pay attention to the torquing procedure else you will leak from the start.
I'm simply being lazy not wanting to open up the rockers just for a minor gasket leak.

As Stefan basically said, you can live with it for a while. Just keep an eye on it and jump all over it if it become worse. I lived with an oil leak from the head that started towards the end of the main riding season last year.....Finally fixed itthis past week. I had to strip the front cylinder all the way down to the base. When you get around to it, just follow the manual on torque specs & removal/install procedures. It really is a simple job.
