RE: Sundowner seat
I almost had a Sundowner yesterday for $135. I was at the dealer getting some new pegs and they had one under the clearance tent. The part number on the box said it would fit the '06 883C, but when the parts guy and I looked at it, the mounting was completely different from the 883C and there was bno way it would ever go on that bike, so no new seat for me. Now they have to figure out what it does go on and why it was in the wrong box.

All this seat had was the tab at the rear that bolts to the fender and a metal bar at the front that looked like a tongue mounted on the frame or tank would go into, not the tongue that goes under the tank on the "C", and it had no keyhole for the bolt under the seat.
