I have a 1990 Sportster that was converted fom an 883 to a 1200. Were there ever any four speed 1200's? I only seem to have 4 gears. I though I would have 5 but it stops at 4. Is it messed up or do I only have 4? Any help would be appreciated. Could I just be skipping over one on accident? It doesnt feel like it is skipping.

 

The tranny in a 1990 only has 4 gears. 1991 was the first year for a 5 speed in the Sporty.
