I seen a set made by dowco who sells saddle bags. They were only 30 bucks. I thought about getting them cause I was going to order bags but ended up getting different bags so I forgot all about em til now. There nothing special I'll look for a link.

I use a set of Frogg Toggs. I got them 2 years ago and they work fine. I think I paid around $45 for them.

If there are any A&N stores left in your area, they carry a good inexpensive suit for about $25, if not, Frog Togs would be about the best.

Stearns rip stop nylon stuff from Walmart has worked for me for several years. It won't melt on your pipes like Frogg Toggs. The jacket folds up in it's own pocket. The cargo style pants come in a small bag. The pack down small. You buy them as separates, so you can get a different size jacket than pants if you need. They are about 40 bucks for the pair.

This pic is with a pint oil bottle, not quart, to show how small they oack down.

I have the Frog Toggs jacket. Seems ok, definitely affordable, but has that disposable feel to it. I have worn my lands end gore tex rainsuit once, but it flapped in the wind so much I thought it would destroy itself.
