Default Chrome fork sliders

I bought a pair of chrome fork sliders.I was wondering if anyone has put them on themselves? It seems a little over my head, but I was wondering how difficult it really is.I don't want to take it to the dealer, but I will if I have too. Thanks for any help.

That may be one of my next mods (or possiblt black powdercoating a ste of take-offs). Does not look much more complicated than changing the fork oil. You would want to have a MC jack. I will be looking for your input if you DIY.

cajun's do look nice.

Just changed mine , not a big job just follow your manual and its a simple job, just be carefull not to damage the seals. If you got a jack and tools give it a shot.

I do everything on my bike except take the front legs apart. Ido all the removed and installation of the legs but have my local INDY rebiuld them.
