Most folks make up their ownwith some creativity and skills. They do look cool but I personally would never run it...too dangerous balancing with one leg at a stop holding down the clutch (like if your foot slips) or shifting and a gust of wind hits ya. No way I'd want to try it with a passenger on the back either but thats just me. If you want to look into it further try searching or asking about it over on either www.clubchopper.com or www.jockeyjournal.com
Just thought I would add, many folks that run them including the late Indian Larry used a clutch setup (they make a part for it) whereas the gearing was neutral at the bottom then 1st not 1st-N-2nd making it easier to find neutral in a hurry when stopping to just take it out of gear vs. holding the foot clutch in.
