Ok, I need to order these parts before I leave town..

I can get a great deal on a new 10.1 compression conversion kit, however I want to get the right thing in order to not have problems later...

SO SHOULD I CONVERT TO A 9.5 or 10.1 conversion KIT, and why.

I know some have offer a bit of info, I have to ask on last time..

The question is how. How is the compression being increased?
Shaving metal off the head?
Smaller combustion chamber?
Piston designed to fit into the combustion chamber?
Thinner gaskets?
Larger cylinder displacement with previous head chamber size?

I'd go 10:1, higher if I was planning on big cams.

1200s need premium from the factory for the stock CR (is it 9:1). If you're going to pay a little extra for premium, you might as well enjoy the extra power.
