the s hasoil res's on the rear shocks along with adjustable compresion///you can stiffen thefokkers right up by turning a dial....same deal on the forks...nice adjustable dials right up on top...it also had different heads with 4 plugs...neat little cowling under the front of the frame and around the headlight...at least my buddys does anyway.dual front discs up front too. but the suspension is pisser.... why does harley use such junk for shocks on all the other bikes

I also think the S is a unique bike,I ride an fxd and would like to have some of the features on your bike.I'm about 30 mi.S of you and am currently enjoying the blizzard.

I will never understand why Harley discontinued the only bike they ever built that had a good suspension from the git-go. Same with the FXDX(?). Just sad.
