in a flouro lit small workshop it didnt stand out like that, plus I wasnt looking for any thing being wrong with it.

um....that rear fender is NOT HD Pacific Blue Pearl. Let me get back to you on what HD color it is, though. I'm going to visit HD website so it might take a while, especially if I get sidetracked looking at other things!
