Default no windscreen no problem

Wind blast hasnt been a problem for me on my nightster and i was afraid it would. I was riding a Z1000 one time and hit 70mph and i though the wind blast was going to knock me off the bike. I was holding on the handlebars for dear life!! On my N even at much higher speeds its not a problem. I guess its because of the lower ride? Makes more wind pass over my head?

Amen brother!

A windshield on a Nightster is sacrilegious!

If you own a Nightster here are two rules to follow so you don't ruin a beautiful design:

1 No Windshields.

If you wanted a windshield you should have bought another bike.

2 No Two up Saddles.

If you put two people on a Nightster you're going to look like all those circus clowns piled on a 125cc bike.

Again, you bought the wrong bike.

It's just a matter of how much pain you want to put up with. Personally, I don't leave home without it.
