Default Bungee nuts, screws

Have any of you ever seen bungee nuts that actually screw into the chrome frame rail cover?
A freind of mine swears he saw some like that once, but all I can find are theregular nut ones.

Yep, I've seen them Shu. But I haven't been able to find the correct size that I need. Looks like that could be really useful.

This might be more what you need, depending on if they fit in a good spot.

My tailbag would work well with these. They prevent you from having to hook under the lip of the fender or such.

The ones he was talking about actually replaced the bolts holding the chrome cover on.
