Default painting a helmet

has anyone every painted a full face helmet? If so what kind of paint and do I need to scuff the helmet? Will it hurt the shell of the helmet? thanks

Acrylics or air-brush works best...and no, it won't hurt it, just do NOT sand it before you paint. You don't need to scuff anything, just paint it and clear it.
