Default advice on chiagoharley.com

Have any of you orderd H.D. parts from them? 20% off retail and ther shipping is reasonable. I would like some feedback on them before I try to order from them...Thanks.

Word of caution; get your part numbers and make sure they're correct. Getting an order corrected is... interesting. But, the prices are great and the shipping times are reasonable.

I have not used CH, but I have had great luck with their neighbor Lake Shore Harley (www.lshd1.com). Same 20% off and they also seem to have all of the bits and pieces that are listed in the parts manual, a nice convenience....

I've used them. As long as you have the correct part number you'll be fine. One of my parts was actually back ordered and they shipped out my other parts separately and didn't charge me for shipping a second time when they shipped my backordered parts.

I haven't personally used them, but aco-worker has purchased from them quite a bit. Has had nothing but great service.

I'd have to agree about having parts numbers correct, but that goes with anything any where.

Far as 20% off. Yes!
Far as good turn around time. Yes!
Freight rates, as I recall, average and fair.
But, with an over so many $$, shipping was free, maybe, can't really remember though.

I've used them several times, they are the only dealer I have found that is 20% off on everything, a lot of the dealers that say theygive 20% but it's only on certian items.
They are a little slow because I think they must get the parts in from a Harley warehouse before shipping.
I also found it's more cost effective to order several parts at once from themthere is only $5 differancebetween ordering 8 parts over 2.
I also found the the shipping is almost the same price as thesales tax I would have had to pay locally.
The best thing I like about CHICAGO HARLEY is I don't have to fight traffic to and from my local A$$HOLE dealer and my parts come to my front door!!!!!!

If you call them, ask for the internet sales department. If you don't they will try to charge regular price.

+1 on getting a parts manual for your year/model - invaluable.
