RE: 2005 XL883C 1 of 2000 made
i'm in no hurryto sell. it was a birthday present for my wife. i don't even own a bike myself. i was going to get my own later, but not now. she said shewont rideit beingpregnant or even after, so why own somethingthat cost me money and just sits there. the color is one of 2000 made....good luck finding it again out there. i think the price is good right now, but i am open to any reasonable offers. if you want a run of the mill sportster that is the same color as all the rest on the show room floor then i think 6k or 7k is good, but not for something that is limited. i get people talking about it all the time because of the color and badging, noone has seen anything like it and there are a bunch of sportys out there. i am pricing the bike for what i would sell it based on the limited edition....the extras arenot included in the prices...so they are free basically. again i am open to any reasonable offers, so offer away and it could be your limited paint scheme. it also has a 6 year extended warranty that is transferable for 50 bucks if someone buys it at the selling price, i'll even pay the transfer fee, but only for the full 8500.00
i agree if it was any other sportster i would price it lower, but that's just it.....it isn't like all the rest, be unique. i have never had any issue with it being an 883, it isn't for going 100 mph anyways...it is for cruising in style. ;-)
thanks for looking.....again no reasonable offer denied.

First, Grats on the baby. That certainly is top dollar for an 883,You thinking 6 or 7k is good for an run of the mill sporty is not quite right, Bluebook value on a 05 in Excellent shape (no dings) is 5400 bux.
2008 modelsare less than 8k. How bad is the dinged tank? Wouldnt anyone picky about thier paint have to repaint the dinged tank?
you can buy a lot of sunglow orange paint even with some customgraphics and still come out cheaper than that. Its gonna
take an awestruckteenager with a lot of cash and good luck to get that price. I wish them both your way
