I was mislead again !! LOL. That's a pretty ambitious project, and a darn good idea. WishI would've thought of it. That should look sweet on your scoot.

Hey...if you are gonna market custom stuff...

How'za about a heel/toe shifter for the Sportsters? Can't find one anywhere, wondering if I could make Heritage one fit or get one custom made.

Totally cool ride, dude.

Great idea 606. I just happen to have a couple of those lyin around and a couple of ugly 55w lights...I might give it a go myself. You will get the credit for the idea though.. My be interesting to compare them when we get done.

I'll have to look into the shifter again. I know a guy that's actually done it...he used a coupling that attatched to the spline shaft with both levers mounted on it...it's simple, but I'll probably have to draw it up or find pictures and scan em.

I wouldn't worry about giving anyone credit.I've seen these done several times and in different variations over the years
They do look pretty cool ...........but definately not a new idea

True, very true.

Last time I saw anything close was at Smokeout...guy had a piston out of a Detroit Diesel on a trike....they look kick ***!

I think i'm gonna heat and bend a connecting rod for the bracket though...haven't seen that yet. I'm trying for something completely my own.

I've been wanting to use an old piston for a tail/brake light for a while now.Haven't got to ityet though. Here in Fl. I just ride so much I can never find time to do half the things I want to..........I'd rather ride it.Comming up with unique ideas is getting tougher and tougher these days.It seems like everything has been done in one form or another.I do like people that try to think outside of the box...I try to think that way myself.Be good and keep up the good work
