Pulley Fitment on 07?
Hi there!
I am preparing to do some mods to my nightster including installing a new pulley. I really like the look of the '03-earlier sportster pulley with the holes.
Basically I am wondering if that will fit my 07. According to some things I've read online, the width and number of teeth should be the same. I went to my dealer to ask and they couldn't give a straight answer (plus they messed up on the pulley fitment on my friend's softail). If this does not work, does anyone know where I can get one in that style that will fit? Or what the dimensions of the '07 pulley are? Thanks in advance.

I wonder if the pulley is spaced differently. I think 2004 or newer are running wider tyres.
If nothing else remind me to measure the hold diameters and spacing using a caliper when it is not sooo late in the day. You can get a used sprocket cheap on Ebay. Make sure it's low mileage tho, you don't want chiped chrome.
