BTW, I am in Sierra Vista AZ if anyone is in this area.
I am not familiar with Sierra Vista and I don't mean to rain on your parade. But if this is your first bike take it easy for a while. Riding a motorcycle, especially in heavy traffic areas, is nothing like driving a car.
It was good that you took a riding course. Now you just have to apply the things you learned, and learn things they didn't teach you, to actual situations out in the street. Always remember that no matter how well prepared you are, there isa chance for some totally unexpected event to occur.
It can't be said enough...Thanks for your service to our country I appreciate it.
Also, I'll throw in another welcome to the Nightster club. Ride safe!
Do yourself a favor and get someone to give you a hand installing those parts. The dealer is going to rape you and these bikes are really easy to work on.
Hanging around the dealer and the only prospective buyers were all looking at sporty's.Maybe a signof the slowing economy?.....NO . maybe a sign thatthe housing crunch has hit worse than expected?....No. Maybe the fact that the Sporty is the coolest bike HD has.....YEP!
