Yep, I originally had 16" overall rise, so I went with a 48 and ended up choppin it to a 46 later on when I swapped for lower risers. It's not that big a deal, just make sure it's sealed. Your biggest concern is the T/I and clutch cables. That brake line could be 9 feet long and coiled under your trees, as long as that line is bled, it's gonna work, lol.
OH...and I think hardware stores like Home Depotor Ace Hardwarecan do the job...they make cables like that for water lines and stuff.
+6 on everything, and a 46" brake line should do it.
EDIT: you would actually use a 135(?) I believe that's the angle at the master cyl and a 90* at the caliper. Best to get one of each for both ends, though, that way you can mix and match to get a nice flow.
