I want to get bitwell clubman bars in black...http://www.lickscycles.com/catalog/p...oducts_id=1438 anywaysit says they are not ready for stock mounting, what do I need to do to use these... is it hard, can I get the stealer to do it? Dimpling and Knurling???

 

Dimpling isn't necessary....just drill em and run your wires internally.

And if they're 7/8" like most of the cafe-style bars, you might wanna find risers that'll fit em.

 

Oh and just from experience on another bike I've worked on...they don't look right with late-model controls and switch housings...oogly in fact.

You may want to think of either going with aftermarket clam shells or just relocating the switches all together. They look very cluttered if you stick with the factory stuff.


EDIT: Nor will they work w/HD controls, lol...should go without saying, but uh....yeah.
