Well I finally got off my **** and started my winter mods... hehe.

Here's whats going on the bike..

New Dragtron II AC. Going to gloss black the screen which can be seen in the two pics. I will be using gloss black high temp engine paint for this.

New custom bobbed rear fender. I am taking my old stock fender and cutting her up. The pictures attached show the first rough cut. Off to the shop tomorrow to clean up the design and I will post more pix after.

Sounds good Goth-----can't wait to see that fender installed. I want to chop up mine but I am scared I'll **** it up.

Did more grinding and hammering on the fender today at work but the boss was give'n me the evil eye.. OOPS!! hehe.. After all it is a music store..LOL. I will post more pix as I take'm. MJK, do it man!! DO IT!!

Shanks BT. Here is a mock picture of the the cuts I will be making.. I have always like the black paint, either flat or gloss with White and Red pins.. The cut outs will be outlined in pinstriping, if I end up going that route.

ha,I just got the same AC kit,my bud started a new job so I can't get to the bikes,stored in heat over thereCan't have her out in the snow & my Honda has my shed filled[8D]

 

I've never been a huge fan of the flat paint but after seeing the new cross bones in flat black and red and white "von dutch" style pin stripes I'd have to say go for it! That is a really kick a$$ look! If you are still going with the peanut style tank it will look really old school bobber like.

 

You are gonna take that reflecter off right??

 

Oh hell yes. No reflectors on my bike, anywhere. Took those off this afternoon.. Gonna up a new picture of the finer cut I did on the fender tonight.
