Default Spoke front wheel...

I have a 2002 Sportster XLC and was wondering if any of you guys with similar models have ever replaced the front wheel with solid instead of spokes. I know it's a preference thing but I just think the solid wheels look bad azz. If anyone has done this, where is the best place to get such a wheel?

Thanks,
C

as in solid you mean the same as your rear wheel, yes??

EDIT:

Excuse my dumbness, I am researching rears at present and had that in my head.

Solid front? i don't think i have ever seen that on a sportster, you mean like a fat boy. 19" or 21"? Did you see one on a sporty?

Search for "customized Sportster" on the google image search. On the 3rd page there is a white Sportster with a red flame job...it has solid front and rear wheels. Pretty sweet ride! Looks like a mini-fatboy! Check it out!

Yes I'm speaking of havinga similar wheel as the rear.. I actually saw that white custom Sportster that the other post spoke of and it does look bad ***.. just like a little fat boy.

I replaced my laced front wheel (05 1200 C) with a Harley cast wheel, not a solid. I prefer it for styling, cleaning and also for running tubeless and being able to use a plug kit for roadside repairs of most flats.

Have you checked Jireh Cycles, Phat Performance Parts or J&P Cycles? I think I've seen billet wheels on one or more of these sites.

I think you would have to put a wide glide front end on and go with Fatboy/WideGlide 16 or 17" wheels.
