Thanks for the ideas on the cover ups, HD and some other chrome goody makers have what they call Hole Plugs, a chrome plated "button" type deal that snaps into the holes left by bolts etc. They make several sizes. The ones I have seen are smooth as silk and will look great,(I think). Gotta find time to get over to the chrome store and check 'em out.
