I need to rewrap my pipes .. do you need to take off the exhaust?&nbsp\\; or can you attempt to do the wrap with them on?

 

Kind of like ironing your shirt.&nbsp\\; It's alot easier and painless if you take them off.

hello everyone

i have a question, from the heat perspective,can you wrap the pipes and then put the heat shields back on?
less heat coming through? keep the outsides a little cooler?
