Those rear peg bolts are on tight as a mother, with blue loctite. It would be eaiser if you could find you a set of allen sockets and use a long handle ratchet for the leverage but if all you have is a little L shaped allen wrench just find a piece of pipe that fits it snugly and use that as your leverage.
If your bike has seen a lot of weather there could be rust on the inside of the swingarm freezing the screws.
