I am not sure, but I think the nightster does list lower than a custom. Some dealers need to move a few certain bikes for certain reasons such as a glut in the new shipment on a certain model, or a call on the invoice for their own financing.

 

$2300 is a TON of fees. In my opinion anyways.

But hey, if you want it, talk to Kid Rock... Just ask for him up stairs, they'll know who you mean. He's a damn good buddy of mine, and doesn't have that "Used car salesmen" attitude that some guys have.

I got a vivid black Nightster with security and I paid $10,664 including NY sales tax, titleand registration plus I got $500 worth of free accessories and aHarley cooler and t-shirt last March. I was just going over my paper work they other day, I remember last February going in and looking at it still in the crate, they got two in that day. A little over a month later they still had both of them. I decided to get it and picked it up March 21st, the other one sold the day before.

Great now I want to ride and its snowing out!

 

Wait a minute don't everyone get there panties in a bunch...I am assuming its a gloss black model?In reality the out the door priceis only about$500 less than what most people are paying OTD. I paid$11,700 OTD on my silver/black Nightster which I paid list $9995 +shipping and assembly bringingit to $10,805 and the balance $895 was taxes and tags. There is no doubt they are discounting it some but not as much as it seems
Like you said no one buys from Rossmeyer's HD so maybe they are playing the numbers game to get people in..
Hell I will sell you a Nightster for $7.00 but the OTD price is $10k.
