Default Bike Covers

I bought an outdoor cover yesterday and was wondering if it would be suitable for indoor use as well. I purchased the outdoor because I anticipate storing my bike outside in the future (unfortunately [:@]). Anyway, if i do have the chance to store in a garage, will this outdoor cover be suitable, or should I invest in the cloth cover as well?

If you would fill out your Profile so we know what part of the counrty you live in it would be a help. Generally, indoors you need a cover that breaths. If the bike is sitting on a concrete floor in an unheated garage you may also need a small fan to circulate air under the bike or a small light bulb (25 - 40 watt) under the bike if covered. Frequent warm spells, like we have had this winter, result in temperature changes that cause condensation to form.

Living in Wisconsin I agree with cHarley. I store/park my bike in a attached unheated garage, and it does sit for a month or two at a time, soI would go with a light cover or sheet to let the bike breathe, and throw a couple pieces of carpet under the tires.
