Default 58-2008 Sportster

The Sportster. It is a classic; the longest continuously produced motorcycle style in the world. The Sportster has never lost touch with its roots. It looked right in 1958, and it still looks right. It is an entirely modern motorcycle, but visually and in concept it has never waviered from itsstyling thatstarted in 1958.

I was also born in 1958. On Jan 14, I will be 50
Just a coincidence???? I think not

And to think how many times I've heard Softail or Twin Cam riders say the Sporty isn't a "real" Harley Davidson. To me the Sportster IS Harley Davidson.

Hell yeah baby... Sportster's Rock!!!! So X2.... Since you are comparing yourself to the Sportster... Does that mean that you are also "continuing to produce"... Careful man... You don't want to be raising a teenager when you are seventy .... Just kidding bro... I love facts like that... Makes me proud to own a Sportster!!!

Three of the five Harleys I've owned have been Sportster.... the first being a used '63 model... Hell all of them have been used except the one I own now...

Anyway... they just fit my riding style...

I tend to keep my bikes awhile... and I've put a bunch of miles on each.... Can't say I've had any real complaints on any of them....

I am partial to Sportsters though....
