It was 35 degrees this morning and that made for a cold ride!

I just got back from the local dealer... I was able to talk to the tech that worked on my bike. He said everything looked really good - it was obvious I was taking care of it. Also, he recommended against the extended warranty, which surprised me. I still have about 6 months to change my mind.

I opted for the synthetic oil... total cost for the service just under 300 dollars. If nothing else, it's peace of mind after buying a used bike.

Knowing now, that you have till the end of July on the warranty, then I wouldn't recommend the extended warranty. I thought you just had a couple of months left. You have plenty of time to put several thousand miles on it by them.
