Seriously fellas this thing is not going to break apart that is the joy of lexan and the reason it usually has a price tag twice the price of acrylic or plexi.
I think had it been plexi I would have never even succeeded in getting it cut out without cracks and breaks.
Gonna try it out for wind and how much it lets thru today sometime
Thanks for the comments and concerns
Jim

You are an artists my friend, great job just like the flame job. not much protection at highway speeds, but city riding will get lots of looks.

The outside shots look even better. It's a great artistic design. I'm still skeptical though how well it will do, as mounted, on an extended interstate run at 75mph. I have to believe you are going to need a support on the lower part of the shield. Just my .02 guess.

Just tested at 70 mph with 10-15 mph winds here today and no flopping, bending or bowing. However for some reason wind seems to be coming thru them large holes LOL imagine that!

thats nice actually hahaha

is it possible to use a row of LEDs on the bottom edge to make it light up? ive seen clear plastic sculptures and stuff lit from the bottom, i think all the edges in the face of this piece would benefit. but use it only for show, not all the time, that would be distrating haha.
