cancun harley rentals

RE: cancun harley rentals
Sounds like a blast. I'm going to be doing the same thing (renting a bike) this next year around September when I head out to Arizona. I know, why don't I ride my bike out there. I guess cause it will give me the chance to try a different one, thinking about a Fat Boy or somethin' (don't worry, it won't change me, I love my sporty).

Noone here has mentioned the terrible traffic in cancun. I myself have been there 3 times and imo the traffic is downright scary! Giant busses own the roads and its very fast moving (when its not too crowded) and the road is a bit tight for two lanes. Just based on that i dont think its the best place to rent a harley. Also you mentinoed your leather, well this time of year its gonna be 80 degrees F there, a leather jacket maybe a touch heavy. Don't forget Cancun itself is only a small island with one road. Two lanes going in, two lanes coming out, you can see it on a map of the place. Some things to consider.

RE: cancun harley rentals
Went to Cancun in '03' with every intention of renting a Harley. When I got there and saw the traffic, and the gas station situation I decided it wasn't worthit for me. Also, it's relatively safe in the resort area but get away from that and you realize you are not in Kansas anymore. We took the local bus to get around. I don't speak spanish so that was a factor for me also.
