RE: Progressive shocks
I'll be getting Progressive 412's this spring coming. I e-mailed them re: my '03 XLH883 that I want to lower about 1" and they suggested the 12" shock would do fine for my application so that's what I'm going to be ordering from them. Since I go 2-up occasionally I will also opt for the HD spring ones'.

RE: Progressive shocks
Oh thanks, ******! Ignorance was such bliss. Did you go and have to bring this up? Gawd. By the time I get finished, this thing will be an 16-grand Sportster. Kinda like HP printers... they darn near give you the printer, but "gotcha" forever on the ink cartridges. "Hey dear, I just found out I gotta buy new and improved shocks for the Sporty!" B A N G !!

RE: Progressive shocks
All my buddies say "****** didn't buy a Sporty because they are cheaper, Hell he could have bought a Deuce for what he paid for that Sportster plus what he has put in it, and would have saved some money". As for the Wife, After 23 years, for a day or two, I just stay in the doghouse (built me a nice one) and do what I gotta do[sm=badbadbad.gif][sm=bling.gif]
