May or may not be something your looking for, but I've been considering the Billet Cross gas cap for my Low (no tank trim and none desired, thank you). I searched using 2006 1200 Custom as the bike. The skull looks kinda cool, but not for me. I've seen the "six shooter" in most of the Harley shops I've looked at them.

This self locking gas cap "maintains the same features as the Original Equipment fuel cap", so I'd check to see if it unscrews just like your current one. If so,you won't solve your problemby getting it.

J&P CYCLES has them for around $150, but you can get it at the H.D. dealer for about $123, still a lot of $, 'but' man, it looks cool. Way better then stock.
