Farewell
I just wanted to say thanks to all the people that helped when I was setting up my sportster....as oft time happens...I was made an offer I couldn;t refuse. I have gone to the local dealer to order a set of handlebars to change the grip angle on mylow (was going to install roadster bars).....as I was leaving......there she sat.....a black pearl Fat Bob with mid controls.......the salesman asked if he could help.....said that I was just looking.....and I left.......3 days later when my brother and I were out running errands I made the suggestion to run by the dealer just for kicks to show him the bike.......different salesman...."what can I do to put you on that bike today"......I made him a rediculous offer......and 10 minutes later I was signing papers.....I love the new bike....and several things I did to the sportster were removed and used on the Fat Bob....I will be spending my time over on the Dyna board now...Thanks again....

RE: Farewell
I have ridden the new Fat Bob (we have two of them) and it is the best handling Dyna I have ever ridden. I wasn't impressed by the styling in pictures, until I saw one roll into our showroom floor. That is one tough looking scoot! The seating position on that bike... with the wide drag bars and forward controls... is perfect.... You shouldn't have to worry about changing handlebars on that thing... Congrats!

RE: Farewell
I'm thinkingI need just one more bike.....and I'm thinking the Fat Bob is it
As it stands, I go thru a HUGE transition whenever I jump off my 1200C and onto my RKC.
I'm thinking the Fat Bob is the perfect bike to ease me off my Sporty and onto the silk road of the RKC.
P.S. You can order the Fat Bob with mid controls this year.......Ain't that cool? That makes it very tempting for guys with 1200R's huh?
