What kind come with my scoot? That's what I got.

 

i use autolite, they have lasted the longest

There was a new set of Champion RN12YC plugs in the stock 80ci Evo when I received it. Working good for me. Up to this point I have always used NGK plugs in my bikes and Mini Cooper. Probably will use the NGK when i replace these.

 

Thanks for all the input. I have been doing a lot of research on spark plugs(10k is coming up) and from what I gather unless you run higher compression and/or higher HP, you really don't need triple platinum sparkers(TP12S). Looks like the "standard plug" will fire just fine and costs a lot less. Merry Christmas, Tim

 

I use the SE plugs i think they are made buy autolite but not sure on that.

 

On a past memory, I had used several sets of HD plugs, and several each of autolight & champion, however, only one set of NGK.

Yeap, there were "issues" with the former memory, poor diet, bad attitude, Saturn's rings got crossed with her-anus - don't know, as situation got fixed by keeping the spark plugs and changing the bike (thank-you again Laurie @ MOCO)

Never figured out why spark plugs were the favored snack food. One thing I did notice, the NGK's lasted the longest in a crappy situation - all the others fouled and I'm talking fouled hard (looked as if dipped in frosting). Don't know why the NGK's lasted longest, the INDY that suggested them mentioned something about burning hotter - don't know, just my .02
