just picked up a quik connect windshield very stoked , the one that leaves no docking hardware

Yup, they're great. I've got the quick-detachable touring windshield for Sportster models, and it works like a charm. It even works in high winds at highway speeds. Only thing is, gotta be sure it doesn't toss you around like it's a sail on a boat.

Yeah, them things can make you swap lanes on a sporty if the wind is gusting.......I am spoiled myself now that I have a windshield.

That is one of my next upgrades on my bike also..... Im gonna wait and do it this winter....I put the aux light kit on my bike this summer and I need to relocate the turn signals for the winshield to fit....so after I move the signals then comes the windshield

Had mine about a month, haven't taken it off yet, sure takes the strain off of longer rides

What? A windshield on a Sporty? I have the low profile quick detach. Still feel the wind in my face but it covers my torso, which is what I want.

I have mine on most of the time now. Makes a huge difference at freway speeds.
