They do look like a good deal,and BIG!

 

I looked at those before I got the National Cycle ones. A couple of those open from the side and not the top. Unless they have a cargo net or something...stuff would fall out the minute you open them up.

 

Those are some nice looking bags. Yet, $115 vs $600! I don't know. I'm sure you get what you pay for.
